Colorful Wedding on Film & Digital at The Bradley Estate, Canton, Massachusetts | Christina & Clark

When I think of Christina and Clark’s wedding at The Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate right outside of Boston, I think of color, energy, and joy. Every moment of their day was so alive – laughter echoing through the gardens, bright florals bursting with personality, and a dance floor that never stopped moving. They wanted to be fully present, which is why choosing a documentary film wedding photographer was the perfect choice. I met Christina and Clark through my gym! I attended wrestling and jiu jitsu classes with Clark, and when he found out I was a wedding photographer, he reached out to me about his wedding! It’s amazing how my gym has connected me to so many wonderful people, and I’m so grateful for the relationships and weddings that have come from it! The Bradley Estate: A Perfect Backdrop for a Documentary-Style Wedding

Located just outside Boston in Canton, MA, the Bradley Estate is one of my favorite venues for documentary wedding photography. The sprawling gardens, classic architecture, and golden-hour light make it perfect for film and digital photography that feels timeless and cinematic.

As a Massachusetts wedding photographer, I love when couples choose venues that feel both elegant and relaxed — a place where guests can wander, laugh, and take in the moment.

Bold Colors, Big Emotions, and In-the-Moment Storytelling

Christina and Clark’s day was a celebration of presence. They weren’t focused on perfect poses — they wanted their photos to feel real. From the emotional first look to spontaneous laughter during portraits, every image tells a piece of their story.

Their wedding featured vibrant florals by Sam Callery Designs, mismatched bridesmaid dresses, and joyful, unscripted moments — all captured through a documentary approach on both film and digital.

Why Film Photography Adds Magic

Film photography has a way of turning fleeting moments into something timeless. The rich tones, soft textures, and nostalgic imperfections bring an emotional depth that digital alone can’t replicate. It’s perfect for weddings like Christina and Clark’s — bold, real, and full of movement. Click here to check out my portfolio. Most of the pictures are film!
